As I have said countless times its all about PROMOTIONS, PROMOTIONS, PROMOTIONS!! I never saw a single flyer out for this show. Only myspace promoting can get you so far. If you dont spread the word at prior shows about the next events who the fuck is going to show up because they dont fucking know there is an event that night. But thats just my opinion based on the facts. Nevertheless like the pics you posted of the crew getting down to the songs. I think Marcus fell in love with Jes that night. Too bad I was next to or behind him so I only come out in the shadows. Oh well I had a fucking blast even though I have seen maybe 50 people showed up in all for this event.

Yet another example of someone missing a show due to poor promotions. Sucks to hear but she sang like 7-8 songs. She was in Austin like 3 times last year. Caught here at Sky downstairs, at Karma, and at Sky upstairs last year. Rocked the house each time.

i'll agree with you 110%. some people think that handing out flyers is a waste of time, but you actually promote and "sell" the event when you pass out the flyer, instead of just standing there, people might get motivated to go.
