Usually use a comma or semicolon between the user names.

I'd more than likely go with commas. You could always run a test to a couple of people who wouldn't mind and see which it is. Use me, if ya want.

if you add people to your TA buddy list and then go to your Control Panel and click on the link underneath the buddy list that says "Send PM to Buddies"

that's the only way i've ever done it.
