rightyo.. when i move to sheffield, as it will be a sort of new start forme, i was thinking of changing my name to Jay Tracid!!!! cos i never really liked my name (Jamie Howse, blerrrr!). My first idea was Jay Project, but i thought that that would make me sound like a test tube baby!. .

Hmmmm indeed, Jay Tracid, what r your thoughs on this?

sounds kinda cool! but id stick with the original and use jay tracid as a nick name and only answer to that when you chat to your mates etc

Thats sorta what i thought, but i hate my name, and i realy do think that Jay Tracid sounds cool, plus, if i do change my name... i would have to change my signature (real signature), i might make my signature a penis.... so when im in the bank or whatever i do a gret fuck off penis for my signature!! ive always wanted a knob for my signature. ever since i was about 11

cant u change ur signature anyway - just when a new switch card or wot ever comes in the post use the new sig then

Wicked I always wanted to change my name to something cool.

I've had my name changed once due to me parents divorce, I can't remember if it costs you cash I think it does either way I can't remember I was only 10 at the time. But Jay Tracid wicked named change to Tracid does AAAAACID!!!!!!! lol but yeah people have changed their names to weirder stuff.

A tenner eh........hmmmmmmm........also problems that you have to get all your id changed which is also a pain. I know someone who did....said it was time wasting to go get it all changed.

ok im gona try and say this without causing a flame, coz i dont mean to! what im basically gona say is that fair u dont like your name, i hate mine too! Paul Coupland, hense the Coup, every single person (even my girlfriend) calls me Coup (apart from one kid i went scohol with), coz i hate paul soo much. we all love dj's so much and everything about them is cool, including their names! take ferry corsten, imagine this guy doesnt exist, and u were called ferry, all the way thro school urd have the piss ripped out of you, 24/7 urd hate being called a boat, Ferry, but as there's a world famous Dj called Ferry, when u hear that name u dont think of it as stuipid! same as van Dyk, if u were called that urd prob hate it thinking "im named after lesbians" but as Paul exists people think that his name rocks! basically what im trying to say is copying Kai Tracid with ur name Jay Tracid (here comes the nasty bit i dont want a flame war over) is kinda sad! when u sign into msn (looks at ste) people have their names DuMonde, Gielen, and copy dj's, coz we wana be like them and envy them, but imo changing ur name to Kai Tracid is taking the love too far! if u REALLY wana change ur name, change it to something not famous but nice, like Jay Daniels, Jay (btw i like Jay) O'Neill, i dunno, cool and decent names which arnt obviously ripped from something else! well there's my stick in the mud comments, i didnt mean to offend if i did, sorry!

ferry corsten is dutch, ferry probably doesnt mean ferry in dutch so his name isnt really all that strange is it..?

pvd is german, van dyk is a common name in germany, if he was british he would probably be paul smith. plus i dont think germans call lesbians dykes anyway.

just needed to make that point

jay tracid... why not jay M.I.K.E. tracid??
