Do you like Christmas?
I am not a huge fan of X mas, its lost its luster since being small, I think the eight years I worked retail killed it for me too.
I did retail for a decade and I wish it was everyday.
NO for reasons other than listed in this poll.

since the only family i have in Canada is my mom and Dad Xmas is not that exiting for me but i don't mind it
Generally I like it. Its just that the spirit of Christmas is all but gone. People are rude, pushy, and just plain jerks. Shopping, hell just going out onto the street always results in a 2 hour drive. Far too many hassles.
I like spending time with Family and friends, but the present buying is commercial and influences us to spend money. It also causes undue stress, which I do not like.
But I like having paid time off from work to regroup before the new year.
Meh. Christmas is good for family, but I agree the present buying in nonsence. We no longer do that.
Worst thing is people get offended when you opt not to do gift exchanges... especially at work... You end up buying something the person does not need and turns into junk anyways... just for the sake of giving a present. meh

Who can say no to 2 days pay with no work, come on!
I said no. If you aren't a kid and don't have kids I think it's basically a waste of time. I can hang out with family and friends anytime of the year, I don't need a holiday to tell me when to do it. I hate Christmas carols, I hate every commercial on tv telling me "makes a perfect gift," I hate the "be nice, it's Christmas" sentiment, be nice all year or shut up I say. It's just all so fake to me.
Bah humbug.
