Blizzard in Colorado

Here's some pictures I took of the snow out here. We had at least 2 feet dumped on us - my car got stuck in the driveway!

And I'm leaving tomorrow to drive to Michigan so here's hoping the roads are cleared....

And then this morning:

I will pack it all in freezer cases in my trunk and dash snow all over the Toronto cityscape pre-NYE.

My boss went in to work yesterday and it took him 4 hours to get home on a normally 35 min. drive. My friends up in Morrison have snow to their shoulders and had to tunnel their way out of the house this morning. Last night, kids were snowboarding down the street in front of our house - there's a nice hill and the frosh dorms are right down the block from us. Oh yeah, not to mention the cross country skiers and snowshoers traipsing around the neighborhood.

Now I'm about to strap on my snowshoes and see if Panera is open so I can have food again.

Bring it up here dammit! This makes me so sad for our UTTER lack of ANY kind of snow!! (even in collingwood)
