Thumbs up Sinead O'Connor - Troy (John Creamer & Stephan K Mix) Wow!!!

wow !!! what a wicked track. i've been listening to this one non-stop for the past 4 or 5 days now. what a great track. i think that it's way better than the push remix. if this song isn't already big at the clubs yet, it will be soon. what do you do all think of this track?

Posted by BChandler on Mar-26-2002 03:31:

Kinda repetitive

Same formula by them...wish they would go back to their mixes of Mantra and Vaiio. Those were solid. Most of the other stuff is great too, but you can only take so much of a 11 min track with the same general beat throughout.

John Creamer/Steph K have been doing the same shit for the last 2 yrs. All of a sudden people recognize their remixes??? It's already tired, and I'm sorry rockster77, the most recent PUSH remix is top shelf. You can never go wrong with Bonzai Trance Proggressive. Believe.

Any remix by Creamer & K is excellent! The best has to be their remix of Blackwatch - Foreshadow

Is the Jon Creamer & Stephane K remix of Blackwatch Foreshadow the one on the info or logo side of the Pitch Black release? The logo side (which i think is the Jon Creamer & Stephane K remix), for me is just plod, plod, dink, plod, plod, dink, etc

Push made 2 remixes of Troy and the newer one is much better.. i don't have either of them, yet. I don't like Creamer & Stephane K remix much.

i think the Creamer and K remix rocks!! They have a very unique sound and IMO its not gonna appeal to the masses, but if you do feel their style, then you know this is another top notch remix by the awesome duo.

Well the original (Info Side) of that is pure tribal madness, so I drop it quite often. The J&K remix though is umm...not my thing.

Ur still a step back from the rest of us? Now ok, pardon me...but wtf? Because I simply don't like one song by a duo of remixers that every John, Pat, and Bob likes means I'm 'behind the times'? Pull your ignant self down to the ground and realize that some people don't have the outlooks on music, even if they enjoy the same kind of notes. And just for your information, I listen to quality music. I don't care what genre it is...it could be Drum 'n Bass, Breaks, Downtempo, Jazz House, Deep House, Latin House, Progressive House, Uplifting Trance, Pop, Rap, Hip-hop, whatever-fucking-genre-Mixmag-came-up-with-today. I listen to, and spin, quality music that touches my soul. If it doesn't, I don't like it. This doesn't mean I'm behind the times, and some people may say that I'm even ahead of the times because by pigeonholing music we are destroying the culture we embrace so dearly. To elaborate on this, if we take in every single release simply because it sounds like every other record that month and its in the 'genre(s)' that we dig, are we really progressing the music? I think not, and are in fact stagnating the dance music industry by not forcing artists to innovate.

dude.. i think this statement is totally whack! who is to say that what you listen to is "ahead" of what others do. just because thats the musical path you have taken, it doenst mean that this is the only one. jeez!

The J&K remix is the one that's pure tribal madness!

Hehe, yeah...I checked and I dislike the J&K remix and love the Original. By tribal madness I do not mean little bongo's playing, but rather a much stronger bass drum.
