Who else is done work for the Xmas/NewYear season?

Well, Im back from our Christmas lunch. (p.s. QUITE EXCELLENT... I'm def hammered right now! On a Thurs afternoon... I LOVE IT!)

So that means I'm officially done and off work till the New Year... Wednesday the 3rd in my case because I'm taking Tuesday off too because I'm attending Lawler on Monday night!!

Who else here is off work for the season until 2007?

I think our office is gonna be open till noon 2 or 3 days next week, but only 1 of the secretaries and maybe our mega workaholic senior partner will be in the office though!

YAY to being done work for 2006 baby!

Anyone else able to be this lucky and say they are done? Do you ppl have to work tomorrow too, and/or some days next week as well??

my work is offering me 41.75/hr to work xmas day and 31.75 for boxing day and i sit all day play video games surft TA and chat on msn yeah i'm working!

I'm offered the same roughly but I'd rather sit on my ass @ home relaxing then sitting around here...

as of last sunday @ noon, we ended our year in the kitchen, which was also our busiest year on record in the last 23 years. thank god

felt soo good to leave work and head right for the zone.

Ah, cool. I usually combine my vacation in one shot in the summer to head overseas so mine's then. It's weird b/c as of 3 or 4 years ago I wouldn't even take vacation...just get the $ for it...which was good thing I snapped out of that stupidness.

Half day tomorrow, then closed from the 22 to the 2nd.

Montreal, your are city you are my home! LOL.

We're working most of tomorrow. Then off until the 2nd.

thats wild peter, wow! id have a hard time saying not... (well, not on xmas day, unless it was the afternoon, but on boxing day, TOTALLY!)

I almost had today and tomorrow off, but yeah, then that didn't happen lol. So all day today, I just watched people fix cars, had a couple free beers they offered at the end, and then home. Nothing to do with my job, but it's a customer of ours, and my boss is off. SO, it was a time waster for me to get away from work, drive there from work, and "observe" them, as I had nothing to do lol. What will I do all day tomorrow? NO idea at all lol. I still got a paper to write.

Ugh, I think I'm the last uni student here to finish.

I was done yesterday at 3pm, and I'm off until the 3rd!! Felt so good to drive out of my work's parking lot yesterday!!

I was very sorry to hear that Vlad when you told me last night

I start working for the first time in 3 months next week: wed, thurs, fri and then again wed, thurs, fri.....then back to school the following week!

Cars safe and sound at home now

no work tomrrow, *yay* its nice still being up watching drunk ppl at my house (not me) listening to techno quiety and not having to worry about how tired ill be at work tomrrow

I have to work ON new years eve.

The one and only time I ever did that was in grade 9, so luckily I didn't really know about partying it up back then, so it wasn't all bad lol
