Just got my wisdom teeth pulled :(

I just finished my exams on wednesday evening then only 12 short hours later I got to begin my xmas holiday with getting my wisdom teeth pulled hahaha what a way to start. And now its 6am and i just woke up from the pain, but even still in all honesty it doesn't hurt half as much as everyone lead me to believe and i still get my supply of T3's to help me sleep all day I'm not really sure what the point of this thread is just bored waiting to fall back asleep and felt like telling a story hahah

yeah, i mean its for the better, and in all honesty from the way mine feel people have extremely exaggerated how painful it is.

Hope your doin alright. I had mine taken out last year and it was the best thing ever! I can eat sweets again, bite into a popsicle and no more headaches.

Oh and I hope you got Perks. Damn those are sweet, i had to be dating the dental assissant at the time but I got em.

haha, now Im curious about your 3 day bender......

And the best they gave me was some tylenol 3s with codeine. A friend of mine said he got percs for it. I always thought they only gave gave percs and oxycontins for chronic pain. Either way it helps me sleep lotsaaha

ya my top ones are pretty much there... I dont think i need to get em pulled out.... theyre just uncomfortable im not used to them

you hafta say that T3s don't work for you, or that they bother your sleeping. T3s have codeine which can fragment your sleep..I was up for days

I had mine out in the begining of December. I was put under for the procedure, which was fantastic. I was also given T3's for my pain. The real down side of T3's - constipation city. The other unfortunate thing, is that my pain lasted longer than the supply of my T3's. It only took me 3 weeks, but I can now open my jaw fully (could only open it a fingers width through recovery - damn those impacted wisdom teeth)

This was the single most painful experience of my entire life. I wont even begin to speak of the absolute pain I was in in mine. Intolerable and indescribable.

I never been more willing to wanna end my life (in order to wanna stop the feeling of pain) in my entire life. Not joking.

yeah, the level of pain involved is entirely a case-by-case thing...some people have no issue, can go do whatever the next day, many people feel a lotta pain; others want to end their lives due to the immense throbbing the feel for literally weeks after. I was put under for mine, and was out for the count for about three days; after that, my parents took me to swiss chalet to eat cuz i was SO HUNGRY!!! That was a good memory.

Feel better! The cuzo tune suggestions were good.

yeah, i was put under and the worst part of that is when you are on anestetic you don't dream. You just wake up confused in a wierd room. That was the worst part of the whole experience, is waking up to a buncho of shit in your mouth and having no idea what the hell is happening
