Yes, its been a year now since we first started throwing Alibi parties with you. Crazy how time flies, so many good memories. So to celebrate we're going to be hosting a HUGE 1-Year Anniversary party at 1015 on Friday January 12th. That's right...three rooms of dancing till 4am with a killer guest DJ lineup. We'll also be doing Alibi Retrospective visuals of YOU all night! MARK IT DOWN on your Calendars. The guestlist for Alibi @ 1015 on Jan 12th is now open.

OHHHHH YAAAAA!!!!! THIS PARTY IS GONNA ROCK DOWN THE WALLS OF 1015...
A tip. Sound was wayyyy too loud in the red room when Alibi was last there. Was uncomfortable to be anywhere near them.

geeze, just saying the speakers were too loud.
The sound quality wasn't too hot and it seemed to be purely volume distortion. It flat our hurt my ears when I walked by the speakers.
I was there for like 60-90 minutes before having to take off for a Spundae event, and my ears were ringing pretty good when I left.
It's just a suggestion. You can have a great party without blowing everyone's eardrums out.
yeah ruby skye is guilty of this almost every other time i'm there. sound fatigue can clear out a crowd as quickly as heat can. a couple of times i've left clubs early not because i was tired but because it was too loud to enjoy the music. i bring ear plugs everywhere i go now, but it's something to be aware of when throwing parties
see you guys there!

Dave, well pointed out. Thank you for letting us know. There is a warning red indicator light that blinks when the levels are peakimg too loud. They did upgrade the sound there but it needed more care from the djs to keep it from sounding too distorted. I may have been careless as well. I know the monitor speakers were very crappy and couldnt really mix with them. I had to turn them down and mix straight from the house.
Ill be monitoring the night and accepting feedback as well. let me know if it starts to get distorted. I know they have a limiter to control the peaking but it will distort it as well.
Looking forward to a great night.

Yo Ish!
If you gonna play a similar set you did at Paradise Lounge earlier this month at next month's party I'm gonna have to up my Life Insurance Policy. You almost killed me last time. Me and my whole crew can't control our body from moving! Thank god for the AC system and water that night. My crew and I went back to my pad for a house party but no one can get off my couch

You can visit the house room too! :)
If you gets too loud in the Trance room you can always watch Rooz, Marz or ourselves dish up Super Fat Electro Progressive House!
