rising star: Mark Mendes

today i was checking beatport and saw my buddy Mark Mendes #10 in ALL!!
its incredible to see my own friend being beside such productions like Pryda - Remember lol

Local talent is getting better and better everyday lol, loving it.

Yeah he's a sick dj and an even better producer! Nice guy as well

19 years old and so good already and he's M1's nephew.

mark mendes is a local DJ??? That's amazing, Im relatively new to the scene, so maybe that's why I never knew. But I was absolutely loving the song he's got on beatport.

lol the guy is one of my best friends! he dj's at guv on fridays and many other clubs

definitely, he plays his style tracks, sometime even drops some trentemoller style tracks which i personally really like

he finished the latest tune last night, it's called "Lifted"
it's not released yet but it's on his myspace (www.myspace.com/markmendes), sick sickk tune.

Honestly, mark's tunes are almost in every single one of my sets. I cannot get enough of 'his music.' It's nice to see other people in this city making moves. Congratulations and keep doing what your doing.....cause it's obviously 100% RIGHT BRO!!!
