Numark DM-3000EX for 205$

is that a good price?

Thats a nice mixer. You can fgind them on E-bay for 180$ but shipping and what not will cost you the same. Thats a good mixer for a beginner.

I Would reccomend you get the Stanton RM3 mixer.
Its similar to the Vestax PCV-275 and has the features of it as well.
Its a reasonable mixer with an ok quality
For A starter I think it will be great.
