Need help finding song based on sample

I heard this jay-z song in my friends car and the sample in it was also in this trance song I remember hearing a little while ago that also used the sample, I'm pretty sure there were some lyrics in the trance song too, something like "keep the payment", can't remember.

That sample is not recorded from the trance song, its from the jay-z song (which sucks major donkey balls btw). All know is that the original sample you're hearing came from a song called "Darkest Light" by Lafayette Afro Rock.
