�Steely Drummy Caribeany Sound?

Hello hello,

I am looking for a track of which I vaguely heard the title. It sounded something like Luga or Luca - High Life or Light or something like it. The track itself has some kind of happy sounding steel-drum sound. Makes me think of the caribbean.

Anybody got a clue?
