[review] NYE in TAO & GIANT

wow!! so glad to be in hollywood!!!!
These were the best NYE party ever!!

all started from GIANT MAXIMUS!!
got in to the club. nice crowds lots of lots of hot chicks!!!~ the best crowd in hollywood!!!
by the time I was sipping my first drink,there was cowndown.... 3!~2!~1!!!!
happy new years!!and there was FERRY playing "U2-new years day", whole tent was like boom box, good sound, good base line, n great laser show.

there was skip........... another skip..... ferry stop the music n played from the start again...... lucky i was still sipping my drink in the line.... he blew the very first track of the year....... well...

still great crowds,

go over to S&D tent... WOW!~~!! what a base line it was..!!! man~~!! sasha & digweed it was all about the base line..
they r the original UK progressive sound, another good sound system and lighting. n amazing crowds in this tent!!!! my gosh~~!!!
listening to S&D until 2:20am, we go out from

GIANT...cap-----> TOA.

by the time we got in to TAO it was like 2:45am.

at TAO.
as soon as we got in, took the elevator down stairs to the main room,, there was the "PURE PvD" is on the deck were doing the "live show"!!
as we got close to the center of the dance floor we noticed we're stepping people on the floor..... man wish i'm @ giant...

n.. it was right after....

boooom ~~!!!!! the sound system!!!!system was shaking my heart and throut and PvD was dropping "Thomas Bronzwaer - Constellation" WOW ~~~~ that melody and the very typical PvD's crispy clear snare sound, kick and the base line!~~~~!
I think PvD is very picky when it comes to sound system.... & he was handling them very well.... better sound and laser than GIANT!!
I think is was the hardest set since the sep set in hollywood.
he finishes at 4:30 sharp!! didn't play any old tunes like crush, times of our life, nothing but you... and no "for an angels" either.... and we're head back to giants maximus...

n guess what~~!!!!

There was "armin" playing "PvD's For An Angeles" but we noticed the sounds got lower. less base, lower in sound volume.... guess TAO was much louder and stronger in sounds.

over all,what a NYE party it was... got to see all.... like PvD, S&D, FERRY, and ARMIN in one night....

If GIANT & TAO did together, like they did in 2002 it would save my taxi money.!!!!

FYI- Ferry did not mess up the track "new years day" it was a CDJ issue

ya! hahaha i remember hearing that the music just stoped lol didnt think that stuff happens good stuff tho. ferry set of ok got a little boring at times but Armin Wow! speachless.

my god ferry and armin were insane, i was that dude right smack down the middle in the front row jumpin up and down

wow, TAO was perfect. it was the by far the best massive I've been to. The line-up was great, the sound was bangin, and the vibe was perfect. Nicest people i've ever been around at a rave. Other than the hour line to get in, I had no issues with the event.

For a huge event like MM or TAO, it is so worth it for pay the extra $25 for VIP so you have no lines to get in, no lines to go the bathroom, and free drinks all night :-)

Yeah, I probably should have, except that like 8 of my friends refuse to get VIP to save money for the suite after. And i'd rather spend an hour in line chillin w/ friends then an hour by myself.

backstage with armin and ferry and sasha and digweed. and my shirt signed by sasha and digweed. that is all.

nice. sounds like you guys all had a blast. by the way, did anyone see danny howells? how was he? :x

TAO's sound system was by far better than the GIANT MAXIMUS for sure!! and the laser was just crazy~~!!!
