The mix kicks off with a very beautiful melodic track by Mister Leinonen, really diggin' this one!
Extremely smooth mixing then leads into the more energetic "Venus" by Gerry Cueto, which I also like very much.
The third track (good transition again) is not my cup of tea, but doesn't fail to push the mix in the right direction.
Good beatmatching and we're into Tenthu's "Stay Away", another solid trancer.
Next transition is slightly off and a bit too rough in my opinion, but you manage to keep the vibe alive.
The fith tune itself doesn't stand out, but nevertheless is a very enjoyable production.
We get a bit dreamier when we get to my friend's track "Your Whole Life" in the excellent Carl B remix, which is followed by the remixer's own track "Social Suicide", which I like even better.
Generally, I'm not a big fan of two tracks of the same producer in a row, but those two are different enough to do so.
EQing is not top notch in this transition. I get the feeling that "Social Suicide" should be a bit louder here. Beatmatching is on spot though.
Getting to Kai del Noi then, you should have mixed that one in a little gentler, but you fortunately you adjust it very quickly, so that it doesn't disturb the overall feeling of the set.
"Andromeda" is a great and very powerful track, just as the last tune of your mix, which is documented by the name Tyas in the parentheses.
The last transition sounds very good at first, then drifts slightly off, but of course you fix it immediately.
Good way to end the set with this peak time trancer!
All in all a very nice mix, mate! Was a pleasure listening to it, so thanks for sharing!
Hope you don't take the critiques too serious, because it were just minor things an unpractised listener would'nt even notice. Just little advices to improve your mixing to an even higher level.
Looking forward to your next sets!
