the killers - read my mind (gabriel and dresden remix)

Posted by iammesol on Jan-03-2007 03:53:

surprised to see it exists!

got a sample anywhere?

Posted by Ian on Jan-03-2007 14:07:

people need to stop remixing the killers, like coldplay, it gets a bit old. the odd tune is ok but when continuous ones get done, it loses the magic

Posted by bobba lou on Jan-03-2007 17:40:

people need to start making threads in the "new release discussion" section with link to samples, this is getting a bit old. And for the beatport addicts (no bashing, just mentioning it) use juno, covert, any site that has samples. Thanks

I disagree. It shouldn't be a must for everyone to do it. Is it really too hard to bring up whatever site you want & search for the samples? It's so much easier to find music these days anyway, it's not as if you have to go to a shop in person & sift through 100s of cds or tapes. stop being impatient

You need to stop whining and do something for yourself for a change.

What I would like to see, though, would be the threadstarter posting something else than just the track title and "OMG".

Waiting for Retrobyte's response.

So if a track is only released on Beatport and not DJD/JunoD/Etc... we should just avoid posting a review on it to save you the inconvenience of clicking on a thread that doesn't have a direct link to a sample?

you are so quick on the draw to talk down to someone. I am so shocked that you didnt respond with the typical garbage about americans this, that or the other. Your approach is so shit.

Not really. You could had easily found samples yourself much quicker than the time it took for you to make that whiney post. Did you do that? No, of course you didn't.

Nice move on the nationality card, though. Smooth.

+2, their old stuff was really original sounding, with amazing basslines, driving sounds, and incredible breaks and builds. This new stuff really turns me off.
