Who do you NOT want to hear at BeB ?

I see there's a thread for who you want to spin at Bal en Blanc 13. I assume they read this website (sometimes) so how about we make it easy for them to sift thru our shit and suggest who NOT to bring as well.

I agree with the first post too.

Fuck, if only Tiesto would realize that Canadians are actually more in tune with the culture now, he would possibly throw down a good set.

The man knows what is what, he's just trying to plays sets that appeal to both "noobs" (i fuckin hate that term) and the more affluent partiers.

I'm probably following a false hope.


PS is danny torrence usually good? because i counted 3 times that he severely trainwrecked at resolution. could have been the feedback we were getting on stage, but the feedback wasn;t that bad all night.

Him and Stephan Grodin played aweosme sets at Stereo when I saw them there in November. No trainwrecks I remember really-

Everytime I've heard he's been HORRIBLE. I dont understand why some ppl still think he's amazing, cause i have yet to hear anything good come from him.

Why do You people want to see Paul Van Dyke he doesn't like Canada let alone Montreal. Plus he s not that great in his live performances maybe he used to be before but not anymore.

Ya man, remember when we saw him @ Central Park in New York in Aug, its true guys, i saw im live and what a disapointment, man the guy has been djing so long that he doesnt care what he playes, the man had no flow what so ever, just threw house/trance/wtv and he cut the songs after 2 min, so anyonning !

plus like you said, PVD hates Montreal & Canada, so i hate him too

as for the djs I don't want to see, pretty much every dj I've already seen at previous bal en blanc.

except maybe armin cause he's an awesome party dude and has 0 attitude.

I dont know, when i think about BeB i dont think about Benassi... but if it needs to be said:

im sorry, i dont like him at all... saw him a few times and god did he sucked

if les cowboy fringant are at bal en blanc im there for sure

and benassi is not worth hating

I think we fail to realize that Bal en Blanc IS a "noob" event after all.

For sure they will want to book big names such as Tiesto, AVB, PVD, or even IM

and DD, Roger Sanchez, Bob Sinclair, etc...

Sure, all of these artists have come to Montreal more than their share, and you may hate them all (I hate them all but two), but they may (and they will) very well be booked again !
