A house remix of Journey's Separate Ways

I heard it on the radio just before New Years. The song contains the lyrics (which go over and over) and it was progressive house/electro:

"Someday love will find you
True love won't desert you."

I just Googled the lyrics and it said it was Journey's Separate Ways(Worlds Apart). I need to know if this is the 2006 Plump DJs Remix because I am downloading it.
