recommend a dish or branch of gastronomy you find you'd think would be a good dinner suggestion so I can go out and try to find some of it...

zaxby's is a southern chicken chain, like church's, kfc, or bojangles. chicken is big in the south.

I wonder if they might not go this far down south - there's actually a number of chains that are 'southern restaurants', yet don't go into Florida. Maybe it's because Florida is considered outside of the US?
