ID- Motley Crue- Home Sweet Home remix PVD

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to find out what the name of this tune is. Original is by Motley Crue. Chester from Linkin Park did a mix of this tune for the Katrina relief effort, but I have no idea about the part at the end of this clip:
