It's not ad but it need some more work i think
diminish a little bit the cuttof i mean don't let it make that kind of phaser with the cuttoff ,it's cool but after a little bit suck
and try to make it more fast

Wow.. didn't expect so many answers!

Sorry for my slow answer:

I used Fruity Loops and it's done with TS404 and some filters.
