It's official GUV is

They just signed a 9 YEAR LEASE.
They just signed Jenna Jameson to host a party with PVD spinning, should happen in the next two months. My sources deep inside GUV tell me they are going to try more of these celebrity 'VEGAS STYLE' hosted jams.

Is there any truth to this or is this just a hunk of BS???? and i am refering to the PVD part not about the lease...

I almost believed that
