Trunks (underwear and bathing suits)

I got 2 pair of trunk-type underwear for Christmas and I can honestly say that they are the best type of underwear I have ever worn.

This is not an uneducated opinion. I have worn many types of underwear including: standard briefs, boxer briefs, boxer shorts, athletic underwear, jock straps and even commando.

TRUNKS ARE WHERE IT IS AT.

1) They are very comfortable. They fit close so they don't chafe, they don't ride up because they come slightly down the leg.

2) They cup and hold your bits as if you were doing it with your own hand. You feel supported and in control at all times.

3) They are nearly invisible under a pant. A seamless look is good.

4) They look bloody awesome - and when you look awesome, you feel awesome.

Trust me - you can't go wrong wearing trunks. Trunks are for any occasion - wear them every day to work or those special nights out on the town.

I am going to invest in a trunk type bathing suit as well for the summer season.

Make 2007 the "Year of the Trunk". You won't regret it.

Now here is the question everyone wants to ask.

How does the trunk look in trunks? Are you short changed, or does it do 'the general' justice?

What if your trunk is full of junk? Do they make special trunks to fit said junk?

Posted by musicsnob_NOT on Jan-11-2007 22:43:

hahaha

I remember talking to you about this at Graham's birthday. Trunks are the only way to go. Not too short, not too long, comfortable and as you said they look great.

You can get them just about anywhere they sell quality underwear. CK, 2XIST, and pretty much any other major label will have something to suit your needs.

I would personally recommend the CK Pro Stretch for the all nighters at the club

and for everyday use CK 365

u mean liek the ones daniel craig wore in the new james bond?

We found some intense real old-skool (cira before we were born!) trunks at Drew's cottage.... and the thought of wearing them was scary!

I myself cant deal w/ trunks. Find them unflattering in appearance and lacking in comfort factor myself.

I prefer myself a nice cozy pair of Joe Boxer boxers.

They are the real shit.

Sometimes, one's junk is too plentiful, and even the trunk don't bring the funk.

As Cosmo Kramer said - My boys need a home!

No trunks for me.

I approve of trunks

By the way, boxer briefs all the way.

Microfiber square cut for date nights.

Square cut is very similar to the trunks.

Trunks have a lot of support - your boys need not worry.

Support is key. I need the equivalent of a sports bra for dudes.
Boxer briefs provide me with the required balance I need.

It would be nice to have something like that for the beach. I always end up wearing shorts and then have realy funny tan lines.

LOL this thread is funny...I've been wearing trunks/boxer briefs for years and years now...definitely agree regarding the comfort - can't believe some are just discovering it now
