Who is this DJ?

I must first apologize and let you all know that I have very little information to provide, I simply cannot remember much about who this is. I know he was a DJ in the 90's (I think, anyway). I seem to remember one of his songs being named "Emily" or something to do with Emily in the song. I've done an extensive Google search but I don't think I'm using the right search terms. This is all I can remember and I apologize. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
