I'm in the middle of a heatwave

current conditions in billings-

clear, 1�F, Feels Like -21�F
Bitterly cold. Mainly clear. Dangerous wind chills approaching -30F. Low -11F. Winds SW at 10 to 15 mph.

time to bust out some shorts and flip-flops
