MADNESS!! Just madness!
One thing though. How do you get in? It seems closed in. Is there a harness that lowers you in from the roof of the room? =]
Tight squeeze in there. Not that I wouldnt want it!
holy shit man!
Cygnetic Records proves that it isn't the equipment that makes you good... I remember seeing these pics a while ago and going to their site... the trance I heard was absolutely horrible.
But they had some good Dn'B i think.
that is just stupid... NO ONE needs that much gear... I mean i am jellose but come on... it looks like they have every major synth and sampler that has been put out in the past 10 years!!
patching that thing up must be a nightmare..
Ian
Thats alittle much.. Id never use all that equipment, Im fine right now with one synth, one keyboard, and one computer. .. If I got more money, I would consider getting the virus C.. but thats about it.
Just out of curiosity.. how much is that all together?

Wow, i dont no a hell of a lot about equipment, but wow. How much did that cost, heh
I would say 2 to 300,000$ atleast, and thats if alot of its used...
Ian
yeah, but you never heard their music...
They obviously don't know how to use ANY of their gear.
..
hmm .. its amazing to see that many gear.. can the producer use it all for a track?.. and use 3 computers? ..
i know max graham only uses roland jv2080 and a access virus with his pc.. and a studio mixer and thats it.. and hes makin hella good tracks with it.. :P
HOLY SHIT, thats wat i av 2 say jesus thats fucking awsome, iam breathless & iam swimming in a puddle of drule, wow wow wow more more more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

not so much that.. i could understand if they don't have any creativity/inspiration, but you could at least expect them to have a more professional sound quality
Holy Stock-Aitken-Waterman, Batman! How the heck can anyone get any inspiration when confronted with all those toys?? How can one resist the temptation of using nothing but presets!
Aw heck, I feel kinda bad raggin' on the poor guy - that setup looks like serious blood, sweat & cash went into it. Money for sure.
This whole thing reminds me of situations where one guy walks into an old friend's umteen zillion dollar studio, looks at everything, and says "Dude, I can kick yo' ass with HALF o' that shit! I got nutt'n at home but a couple o' beat-up turntables, a Radio Shack battery mixer, two tapedecks, a piece-o'-shit sampler, a Commodore 64, a Casio I got for a hundred bucks and a stereo I stole from some old guy, and EVERY dj in town spins my jams 'cuz they're PHAT!!"
This is what everyone with a big studio is up against, but I think it's give-and-take. The small guys work super hard to imitate what the big guys do and innovate in the process, since from working so hard they gain a better understanding of what's happening PLUS you have all the really cool accidents that you get when you work with half-broken garbage. The pros imitate it and make it punchier with all their expensive equipment, and yes, they innovate a bit too. Sometimes.
That studio scares me, too much electronic gadgetry for me. I'll stick to computer music before I mess around with synths.
BT's Stuio that got broken into...
And here are some of ATB's i know alot of u dislike him, but his Studio looks pretty neat...
EnjoY
WOW!! ATB's setup is really PRO, it even has a closed off room for the vocals.
well done ATB
Checkout this BEAST of a studio!!

hey! the fm7 even rips the LOOKS of my dear dx7. I should learn how to program that thing and get out what I intended some day....
Anyways....those really big ass studios....what people said about less is sometimes more, I agree with that. You also need overview in a setup. There isn't a big need for 5 different samplers and 10 different VA's in one studio....better to get deeper into less gear
Found ATB's studio strange....looks more like a recording studio as a midi studio
