Should I be worried?

Seriously, one of my testicles is alot larger than the other one. I just noticed this and it probably happened a week or so ago.

If it wasn't always like this, you may want to make an appt. with your doctor to assure nothing is wrong.

You probably have testicular cancer

squeeze the bigger one until its the same size as the smaller one

seriously how could you has something wrong down there and come to the c0r first, if I notice ANYTHING wrong down there i would rush to the doctor ASAP

seriously though.. get that checked out. i know 2 guys in their 20s who had to have one removed due to cancer. go now to the doctor.

could also be testicular torsion, my friend had that once and woke up with one nut the size of a grapefruit

Testicular cancer is usually indicated by a lump on the testicle rather than the whole testicle getting larger, but you should still go to a doctor. To a urologist if you want to be really safe.

probably inflammation due to an STI.

ohh right, well where it came from. most likely butth4xing some random girl he met at a club/party. possibly his girl who most likely is cheating on him then.

where it's going - if you don't catch that shit early, all over his abdomen in random "tip of a pen" sized bumps, usually in clumps where the problem first occured.

a couple of shots in the left butt-cheek and "freeze-offs" later you're as good as gold tho. gotta go back every two months for so they can take a skin sample and make sure it's not coming back. after 6 months if there's nothing, you're good to go. if not i hear there's more treatment.

the worst part is that you can't butth4x a girl until after the 6 months cuz there's a chance you'll rub off on them - and while for a dude it's just visual damage with a possible inflammation - called Epididymitis - which is actually how i discovered my little present - it wasn't visible then my left testicle got bigger and started to hurt like a bitch... where was i... ohh yeah in a girl it can cause cancerous cell growth and all types of complications.
