I managed to remember these:

Part 1 - 08: PWM - "Get Yourself Together" (What mix???)
Part 2 - 03: Transform - "Transformation"

Part 1 - 07 does not exist. That is, Part 1 - 07 and Part 1 - 08 are both part of PWM - "Get Yourself Together".

Part 1 - 04: I wanked it up! That's what I get for trying to ID two sets at once

The CORRECT id for Part 1 - 04 is:
Last Rhythm - "Last Rhythm (Sure Is Pure Mix)"

It is NOT Herbal Infusion - "The Hunter".

This brings me back, I haven't listened to this Oakey Chuff Chuff in ages!

was produced by a young Johann Gielen
