I somehow doubt both jason and scott will be there since deepsky is only jason now to my knowledge but I shall be there for a Hybrid set w/ both Mike and Chris. Also no disrespect to Jason since he can still put it down for Deepsky moniker.

Wow, Hybrid tore Avalon another hole, such an amazing set. First the night started right with Eve Falcon dropping some juicy electro tracks and the deep bass was appreciated too.

Then K-Swing came on. I never heard of her before tonight but she was freaking amazing, great track selection and flawless mixing. I enjoyed her set much more than when Hernan was in town.

At first I only saw one of the Hybrid guys there so I figured it'd be the same deal as when it was Hybrid and Nick Warren back last fall/winter '06. But then I saw the other half of the duo, they came on and ripped it up. Some tracks I recalled were Harry Gregson William - Escaping London (Hybrid hiding in the closet mix) (the narnia remix), the second to last track from I Choose Noise I think, and some others.

I was a bit drained by the time Deepsky came on, but am curious how he used the big ol' conga drums that were sittin on stage. Hybrid freaking rules.

hybrid's set was sick, dirty durty breaks, and unfortunately left before deepsky came on. the floor wasn't too packed, but there were a couple of e'd out freaks that wouldn't leave us alone. they thought we were all fucked up like them, but no, we were just having a good time.

amazing time, ive never been to avaland before but i will for sure be going back. awsome sound system theye got in there.

hybrid and deepsky, ripped up crazy just as i know they would. it was awsome to here "view from a staircase", that was one of the first records i ever bought. i brought back some great memories.

i hadnt hear of k-swing either but damn, she throw down some serious tracks to get the night goin, i was really impressed, im gonna email her to see if i could get a track list for at least some of the songs she played. thats not out of line is it??

does any one know the track with the sample "drop the beat now" that hybrid played, i took out when i heard it, such a chunky beat to it. my favorite.

hope evryone else had a good time.
