[dark atmospheric psy, 160 bpm] Cybernetika - Valkyrie (Preview)
Hey,
this is my new track "Valkyrie", which is obviously WIP, im still trying to finish the last 2 or 3 minutes, maybe a little more.
Yes, it is some kind of experimental to me. The 160 bpm give it some kind of hardcore character. which is totally intended.
Otherwise, it has a ultratrippy, atmospheric character, but it feels kind of industrial and noisy at the same time.
I would really like to hear some opinions, to see if it works for you, or if i should trash it immediately.

enjoy!
Hey whats up? I don't do alot of posting here (because of school) but i made sure to check this one out... 160bpm liquid kick? your speaking my language :P
all your fxs (percs) are so well put together, sometimes i wonder what goes on in your head.
The strings were kind of neat
not quite feeling the bass at 5:13, its different but, kind of threw me off :P
doesn't really matter, the tracks over :P
finish this!!
Hey. I don't see much stuff from you these days.
Full to the brim with effects, this one. It feels a bit like standard full-on, though.
Oooh, I like this glitchy pad section. Very thick and full of other sounds.
I'm with didjer, the bass at 5:13 makes the track lose its groove. I like the melodic effect, though. Very epic.
Not bad. I liked the ending more than the rest, though.
listening : nice intro, 00:30 its a strange kick, sounds dark psy all together to me, nice progression, 01:17 pretty good effects there mate, nice perc too, 01:42 second theme, sounds allright, 02:13 GOOD fx!
02:54, your percs there sound too dull, like you have too much reverb on em, altho as it goes on, i am getting used to it, 03:30 theme 3, not much going on there, same old material, 05:12 introduction to the next theme, change in bass register, i am liking those pads, it looks like you made this tune on quick hand m8, dont get me wrong but i've heard much more complex tunes from ya, altho i like this one, it looks like its divided on 4 or 5 sections, without major brake downs or anything like that, however since its bmp being 160 by your own admission, i would imagine something like that would sound more hardcorish, and it does.. overall pretty good effort cyber, plus its nice to see you back.
havent talked to you for a long time, times changes, things changed, got myself some gear too, using strictly nuendo now and a few good vst's
working on a tune, which i am planning to finish, would love to hear your opinion on that. peace
Not for me M8, not for me :P
To fast, to wicked :P
Greetings
KArol
Hehe another psy.... well i only listen to your psy tracks.... i like the kick more than everything else.... lol fuckin kill the speakers ... i love the intro and the effects.... the driving is crazy.... i know i wouldnt dance for this coz i will prolly kill myself dancin
But that break with the pads is crazy ..... love it.... very good one..
Good luck on finishing it....

hey nice production, sure cant categorize it, but if i was forced to categorize it would put it in the "good" section. haha = )
You are aware however that Vangelis - Tears in the Rain is on oakenfolds Perfecto Presents another world CD, alot of peoples favorite Trance CD of all time... = P
Good luck with the production.... very sick... give a shot to Ron d Core over here in the states.
This is fucking awesome. This is exactly the kind of trance I like...dark and futuristic. A bit repetitive, but still kicks ass.
I recommend this.
I love that initial sample of Batty in Blade Runner. Freaken Classic.
Hard and fast. Cool fx as always dood.
1:24 sweet phasing percs. I like the chirpy laser sounds. you do well at creating lots of momentum and energy.
Great atmospheric break at 4:30. A Euphoric moment in a cyclone of choas.
5:30 Nice progression. it will be interesting to see what this Track morphs into. I like the direction it is going with the new atmospheric pads.
This works out well
The high BPM thing isn't really my thing, but I like what you've done both in bassline way and that breakdown is very nice!
If you just would've made a more explosive end, this would've been absolutely great! So, I recommend you to do something of a really explosive and energetic after that breakdown.
Good work and keep this kind of stuff up
Hey there...
I don't agree with that bassline timbre, thats why people said that there is problems with it.But this is only work in progression.
awesome chaos .
Pretty good work...Pads killing me..great

Thanks for the comments everyone, a new version is almost complete. I think I need to rework it again though.
wow...pretty dark isn't it? nice voice samples.
the groove and fx sound very good
I can imagine myself dancing to it in an old factory building or something...
pretty cool shit
but I'd introduce some kind of a melody a little bit earlier.
pretty chaotic in a good way...I mean it's chaos...but hmmm how to say...it's damn good
btw I'm not a psy-fan either a psy-expert
so excuse me if my points aren't valid...
i like gating on that vocal-like sound...pretty nice too
overall very energetic...
sounds good! but its a bit to fast for my liking.. you always have these rare/strange vocals in your tunes wich makes them unique. maybe after the second vocal in the tune nearlt half way try and change the kick to a more harder kick. to give it a kind of uplifting feel.. just a idea.
btw check pm's

7.5/10
Vocals and effects are mindblowing as usuall.
Personally, i like a brighter more present bassline.
In the end there. i would have just introduced a drumroll, then BANG.. throw it all together and just let it explode!!
Very interesting... I LOVE that quote from Blade Runner, classic film.
Then it gets all crazy and neuron cookin' warping. Now we have a special appearence by Darth Vader to compliment the mix in it's dark goodness.
Now, on the other side of the time-warp, we hear voices from the Apollo 13 NASA crew. You don't need any drugs to time warp with Cybernetica around...
Glorious Pad effect there... a fine climax IMO. The bleepy squelchy effects are ace.
Perfect! Thanks for sharing!
BTW... I visited your site and loved it. I listened to "Scourge Supremacy" not too long ago and fell in love with the twisted vocals.
