your year so far?
How has everyones year been so far, I know its only the 19th but what are your highs and lows of this foul year of our lord 2007.
Mine has been colourful to say the least. My grandmother died, someone tried to steal my car on two seperate occasions. The love of my life phoned to tell me she's getting married and my new girlfriend started going on about marriage after only a month together (had to tell her she was crazy). All in all in 19 days its been pretty funny haha. But this foul year wont break me!
Any crazy stories in your year so far.
On a lighter note Above & Beyond are playing glasgow next weekend. Get In!
Not much has happened in nineteen days. Check back in five months.
I got a raise. My employer has agreed to furnish a home office for me. I got a 18K bonus cheque. Mrs Hazard is on a horny streak.
So far 2007 is pretty damn good.
Yeah, My life has been dull... Just school, basically.

pretty damn good. well, if one were to look at it from an outside view, they'd think, "damn jamie, that sucks", but i'm extremely optimistic about this year.
my car's transmission finally gave out on me (started a thread about that months ago, bitching...but my car was still working). i have to drop 2400 bucks into it...also need to start apt hunting soon and move out of my mommy's because it's just about that time...been staying with her for a few months and i really want my own place.
so i just found a 2nd job *gasp* SERVING!!! haha at the improv...going to be making an extra $500 a week, so i'm extremely happy about that...plus i was chillin with dave atell the other night..funny guy.
my mom agreed to loan me the money for my car, because she sees me busting my ass and doing what i need to do (getting the 2nd job) so i'm getting my car fixed in a week. after i pay her back in a few weeks, i'll be using my 2nd job money to move into a place...
by the end of February, things are going to rock for me. i'll be starting school later this year in the fall, possibly even in the summer, depending on a few other factors.
oh and i have no man and i'm extremely happy and content with that for the first time in my life. i'm dating a bunch of hotties and doing whatever i want and having fun...met a cool new group of friends and we're planning a trip for this summer...probably somewhere off the beaten track like honduras...gonna be like 10 of us. i can't WAIT!
ok i'll shut up now.
lets see, where to start ? with losing employment ? with being annoyed by the weather ?
Nothing much has happened but nonetheless, it's been good so far.
Been to a couple of parties without getting drunk.
Got tickets to see PVD next month!
Finished my first semester and sat my exams.
My folk's health is improving and I got some nice gifts from them today. Had a lovely meal and got a new hi fi, digital tv, and pjs!
Then tomorrow I get a new workstation for my Mac, and on Sunday, it's parteh!
So yeah, I can't complain.

heh my year started at the bottom so it could only get better. although i just got in an accident and no insurance a week ago but it looks like that will work out alright since i can get all the parts for $1300 new! and then i have to start school in fall but probably summer so i can get that shit out of the way. getting a 2nd job to buy a new car and go to miami! other than that kinda dull.
the good...
- got a raise
- got a Wii (even tho RJT keeps it at his place, GRRRR!)
- my mom is lending me some money to pay off debts
the bad...
- my favorite club in Milwaukee is closing
- the club RJT and i play at monthly just closed
nothing terrible, and i can only see it getting better from here. i'm excited about 2007.
Even tho ive been having some money issues, the year has been phenomenal so far and i hope it keeps that way (except for the money part)
It's a little early to be looking back, don't you think?

well he was there the last 3 nights and his standup was hilarious. he was doing shots on stage and just rippin on everyone...can't really remember everything he joked about. but before he went on, he was just hanging out in the lobby and i was at the hostess station by myself so we started chatting. he's funny and after his show last night (the last one) he took all of the servers and bartenders out drinking, but i didn't go because i had to be up at 7 in the morning. all my co-workers were like, "well you better leave now and don't tell dave that, or else he'll really make you go out and get you shitfaced" lol
i snuck outta there like a ninja!

i've got my puppy. she's just had her jabs today, gotta have her microchipped & Most of my year will revolve around looking after her, taking her out once she's had the 2nd lot of jabs into the lovely countryside we have here, and hopefully finishing off the new house, namely outdoors.
