where can i upload an 30mb liveset?

yeah, i went live on thursday [28th]
and i recorded the show as a 48kbps 44100hz mono mp3 stream, i need somewhere to upload and to share with all TA members!
its 1:30:28 long [90min28sec]
i luv the flanger
