Druuuuuuuuu!

Try everything by The Digital Blonde, Works for me everytime I go out jogging.

Though I still believe it's easier to concentrate on jogging when you just do it without any kind of work out music.

For even more energy by Ferry Corsten, check the Hyperstate-set from 2000.

I actually made a little 40min cardio mix, going from 130bpm to 140bpm.

I like it, try to step on each beat, rest on breakdowns if you want

i always found house easier to work out too, trance spazzes me out too much. Something french & fun, like a daft punk set is best

Too slow if you want to match steps to beats

Looking for music too but not for cardio. How about music for lifting weights?

I make my own techno mixes, then I work out to them.

****flaps!

I don't have it any more

Dog Running

Any random techno liveset with high BPM. In that way you are motivated by the speed and rhythm of the music, so you won't stop easily with the work-out.

Trance and house is not recommended for this.

I'm liking this idea. What software program do you use to mix 'em?

Posted by Zild on Jan-25-2007 00:46:

If I worked out I would be listening to Agoria and Oxia, or maybe some old Frankie Bones mixes.

Kai Tracid material works wonders for me at the gym giving me that extra bounce to my steps.
