work out music?
hey can anybody recommend some up beat trance/random "techno" to work out to.... feel free to flame away lol but any help is appreciated
help a n00b out!
I often listen to AVB vs Ferry Corsten - Live at Gatecrasher, Dublin, 2003.
thanks!
i box and do a little bit of mma and during warmups everybody blasts the same old rage against the machine, metallica and what ever other random metal band they can muster and it deffintly gets old... thank jeebus for ipods
Druuuuuuuuu!
Try everything by The Digital Blonde, Works for me everytime I go out jogging.
Though I still believe it's easier to concentrate on jogging when you just do it without any kind of work out music.
For even more energy by Ferry Corsten, check the Hyperstate-set from 2000.
I actually made a little 40min cardio mix, going from 130bpm to 140bpm.
I like it, try to step on each beat, rest on breakdowns if you want

i always found house easier to work out too, trance spazzes me out too much. Something french & fun, like a daft punk set is best

Not trance but classic house:
Denise Lopez - Don't you wanna be mine
i lisetn to generally pvd mixes where he tends to play harder or just play shuffle on my ipod
Psy wins for working out.
Looking for music too but not for cardio. How about music for lifting weights?
Dio - Holy Diver
I make my own techno mixes, then I work out to them.

Any random techno liveset with high BPM. In that way you are motivated by the speed and rhythm of the music, so you won't stop easily with the work-out.
Trance and house is not recommended for this.
Jellyheads!

If I worked out I would be listening to Agoria and Oxia, or maybe some old Frankie Bones mixes.
Kai Tracid material works wonders for me at the gym giving me that extra bounce to my steps.
