Software for a youth organization

ok i been asked to find and buy some software that i can use to teach kids how to dj with for a youth organization here in vancouver. I tried to convince them that CDs would be better but they really want software so i need to know what some good software is that i can use to teach kids to dj with. The one problem is im on a budget. $400 is the max i can spend but i need to keep some of that back for some other stuff that i need so anything $350 and down would be great. I not sure what i can get for that or if there is anything good. can someone recomend some stuff for me?
