Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars [White Label Release] ?

Just flicking through 4djsonly.com and seen that Blake Jarrells & Topher Jones's remix was available to buy.

With it being a white label release am I right in thinking that it's probably a hardtofind dodgy pressing and being sold/passed on without the acknowledgment of Snow Patrol, Blake & Topher (royalties)?

I had a search about but couldn't find it mentioned anywhere else on here:

I'd say its a cheeky pressing of the mp3 thats floating around.. b-side is the dodgy Allende Remix of the other Snow Patrol track, Open Your Eyes.

dont really have much room to talk since our remix is technically illegal, but we never dreamt of selling it like these guys are doing.

its probably a shitty 96 bit rate set rip mp3 lol.

Yea...probably some sketchy mp3 of the tune. I think its funny that they are pressing it and going to try and sell it as well...

hmmz i have a 320kbps titled Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars (Topher Jones & Blake Jarrell Remix).mp3 is this legit then should i upload and link to verify if its a real? if it is im sure they could get their hands on it.

htfr do this all of the time. For some reason, nothing ever seems to be done about it.

With the amount of DJs that have this it will be pressed off a 320kbps MP3 I imagine...

blake next time you have a show in cali you needa make a detour route to ASU!

well the mix youre referring to is prolly the intro edit form TT.
anyway, i bought the vinyl (since the remix is great, good job Blake Jarrell ! (& Topher of course too)).
the vinyl release has a good sound, no bad quailty. i have only listened it once, and i cant guarantee that its a very good sound quality, but of hwat i can remember, it sounded like any other vinyl i have.
the remix of chasing cars also aint the same as the intro edit i was reffering to before. 4djsonly says they got the whitelabel from the UK. on the Bside, there's the Allende remix of Open Your Eyes .. which is simply amazing!

all i can say is; even if you (somehow) dont like the BJ&TJ remix of Chasing cars (which is simply amazing) buying this release is still a worthy thing to do only if it were because of the Bside

very good release. i hope BJ&TJ dont mind if i play this vinyl in my sets (as it a problem Blake Jarrell ?)

lol do you need a spade, it might make that hole you're digging a bit easier to make!

haha nope defiantly not an intro mix thats for sure but whatever lol plus i rember when it got rlsed by some electronic music release group back a few months ago so lol.... how long is the real mix this is 8:15 so whatnot no biggie i dont give 2 shits personally but yeah its a decent mix cant complain too much blended very well.... and i dont even like fucken vocals

I dont play vinyl anymore but it would be fun to have a copy of the remix of vinyl...I might have to pick this one up...haha

Funny thing is the Blake Jarell & Topher Jones remix got airplay on a dutch radio station called Slam FM. It wasn't a set being broadcast that contained the track, but they played it as a single. Don't know if there's a radio edit of the remix, but it was a shortened version.

mm, thats interesting. did they said anything (any info) before/after the track was played? did you understand any of the words they said (I see youre not dutch ..) ?

Ik ben zo Nederlands als maar kan man Maar goed, er werd verder niets verteld. Ik herkende de track alleen.

Just a note to both of you that Kyau vs Albert spinned dis tune in Bangkok end of last year and people gone nuts though.. keep it comin'
