very housey kick and percs starting off then it develops into a proggy type of track

liking the bass and nice pads. although i think the breakdown before 4:11 could be shortened as it gets a bit repetitive.

nice flow after the breakdown like the melodies. i havent heard the original but the melodies in this are nice.

nice tune easy listening just too long maybe

Very nice and dreamy atmosphere, I enjoyed! Maybe a bit long, yeah, but its a good job!

Takere!

intro into the main theme which is at 4:00 is a bit long. the flanger on the pad effect gets in the way after that. too slow for my type.

Posted by mavve on Jan-28-2007 04:55:

very houseish intro and I like house so I like this.
I would hope the track to continue the house way but it didnt , but I like trance to so this is great. Track is very good sounds off key in a freaky suitable way. Overal great track.

Ps. Take it easy on the flang hahahaha

Keep it upp bud!

Brilliant track man!!

Ah, this is more up my alley than your previous track.
Great stuff, nothing to fault.

Posted by Subtle on Jan-28-2007 21:13:

Thanks for the comment guys

I agree this one is a bit too long. But for some reason all my tracks ends up around the 9-11 minute mark no matter what.

Posted by RickyM on Jan-28-2007 23:17:

I disagree that it is too long, I think it suits the track...I also like the housey feel, the lead is great, and the pads are great too.
Nice piano coming in, though I would maybe like it to be a little more prominent.
The percussion is also very good, especially the kick...it works well with the subbass.
Overall definitely one of your better ones, you're on a roll mate with this one and Exit Planet.

Thumbs up

It's a pretty good remix, I haven't heard the original but I know what these guys usually put out.

Definitely a good remix

Thanks. im happy to hear

Quality tune,

Not one I would play out but definately good stuff.
Cant fault it... not much to say.

Makes me want to sit at Cafe Del Mar slowly roasting my brain with a mixture of Sol with a hint of lime and banter with punters recovering from the night before. This is a compliment by the way.

Cheers

check out audiojelly. great track.

nice work with the remix Subtle. definitely more chilled than the original

Posted by Subtle on Jan-31-2007 05:17:

Glad you like it, its kinda chillout track, without being chillout.

Very laid back tune, nicely done, agree that the flanger sound does kinda get in the way early on, like the way the track builds up, one of the best tunes you have put up here mate,

Thanks for the share

great stuff. I think I am gonna include this in my show tonight.

keep it up.

Bravo! It starts out proggy, and then it becomes housey. It's like deep-prog or something rather from the get go. The sweeping effects are textbook prog for ya.

Very EDM oriented considering the length of the buildup, and that's I guess what we're all here for.

Then we have a juicy breakdown with all sorts of melodic goodies to keep things interesting. A breakbeat really mixes it up for a while. Geewiz, it's breakish-proggy-deep...

Another break and we get an arpy lead that is trancy... Now we've got dream-epic-breakish-proggy-deep trance.

And of course... the rest is bliss. Awesomeness.

The final break is good... not a filler break. The piano is a nice touch. Excellent job.

I'm listening to this on Boomer's show right now. Excellent work here. One of the few gems to come out of this part of TA.
