Help me with events at puerto rico and brazil

Hey, i will be going on a travel abroad program to San Juan Puerto Rico and Salvador Brazil.

San Juan Feb 7 - Feb 9
Salvador from Feb 17 - Feb 21

Are there any festivals or massives going on at those dates? Any type of music. Just want to enjoy a massive or festival abroad if possible.
