Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh is it just me, or is Tiga being booked as much as DJ Dan was a while ago? I'm gettin' bored...Guess his following here is big...

Love this venue, tho the sound is not great at all, gives you that very underground feeling, have fun to all who go

he's a montrealer born and raised...

saw Tiga last time he played @ Foundry... his set was only tracks from 1990-2000...

Jimmy, you remember that night... good times

Ya I know he's from here, just didn't know his following was as big as it used to be...All tracks from 1990-2000?

Well now that can't be good...

I saw him @ SAT last year, and was too drunk to say it was bad on the spot.

But ya after hearing Not So Dirty, I gave up hope.

tiga

the tracks from 1990 - 2000 were the shit. tiga used to be the sound of montreal period back in the sona days. funky techno like no other. he will always have my respect.

pleasure from the rave

Yeah, I remember being molested by a giant black transvestite and watching some muscle-y dude in hot pants chug GHB, yell something in Gaelic, and partially run into a door. Also spouting truth and beauty perched atop a garbage can and Sean telling me that I couldn't dance because I didn't put enough ass into it. Who's not dancin' now, Mr. Livin'-in-France-yuppie-scumbag? Good times. Also, the night they half closed the venue and Matt Ste.-Marie made my loins hurt. Paix.

It was the theme of the party, each dj played a different time period

Robert de la gauthier started off with 80's tracks

It was a wicked set, Tiga dropped some classic Moby, some Chemical Brothers, funked up tunes

so much for those lunar ravemonkeys

the nametags have been replaced with euro passports, the 'candies' with 'cabernets'

remember this:

"in the beginning there was jack, and jack had a groove..."

No problemo

Posted by SummerWolf on Feb-24-2007 22:41:

im there!

Posted by SummerWolf on Feb-25-2007 21:20:

The night was alright... but not the best i have been to.

People smoking inside everywhere. They actually ran out of water 2 hours before the end. The sound wasnt the best at all...

When i think about it, overpriced compared to the quality.

Posted by jester on Feb-26-2007 01:10:

I wish it was at SAT would of had more space ... but probably not seeing it was Tiga ... he always brings a crowd.

Honestly I have no clue why people bought water over and over again ... there was a small fountain but oh well.

Was an ok night could have been better but wtv I was happy that I went ... even though my friend disappeared *sigh* god i have no clue why people get so bloody wasted

Posted by jester on Feb-26-2007 03:46:

oh yah some girl last night comes upto me and is like "do you know where i can get some coke" ... lol i felt like sure ... go see the bar maid lol

Posted by Leif on Feb-26-2007 05:44:

Had an awesome time, my first ILN so I have nothing to compare it to though.

And yeah i agree with you about the fountain; super cold water and no lineups whatsoever... why buy water?

(ps The Knife ftw )
