XTC Records - TRACKS SOLVED, THANKS!

I think this does it! Here's the tracklisting:

A: Fire & Ice - Angel Eyes
B1: Fire & Ice - Out of Darkness
B2: Fire & Ice - Fallen Angel

There has to be a few ppl here who know the XTC Records catalog very well, so I'm hoping you can help me.

I picked up a few different copies of Virtua Trancer - Deep Fear on XTC a couple years ago. I recently looked them over to sell them on Discogs, and I noticed I have a copy which is completely different than the rest. It has XTC 039 A pressed into the vinyl, which should be Deep Fear, but it's DEFINITELY NOT that song. Also, the B-side has NO vinyl etchings, and has two tracks on it! One side reads "Virtua Trancer - Deep Fear" in marker, the other side says "Fire & Ice - XTC 039", also in marker.

Any clue what it could be? I don't have music samples yet, but I'll get some up soon.

I thought so too, but the A-side and B1 tracks don't sound similar at all...

are any of these songs similar in style/sound to XTC 038/040/041 (the before and after of the virtua trancer release)?

Discogs seems to be down, so I don't know which release you guys are linking to, but it's definitely all Fire & Ice by the sounds of it.

Are you sure track 2 is Fallen Angel, Rebel9? Because I know it as Out Of Darkness as well.

Thanks for the help! I wouldn't be surprised if the B-side tracks were both by Fire & Ice, as that's what's written on the label. The A-side track still seems to be a big mystery:

A: ???
B1: Fire & Ice - Fallen Angel (maybe Out of Darkness..?)
B2: Fire & Ice - Out of Darkness (maybe Fallen Angel..?)

I don't have time right now to do it, probably can get them after work today. Does anyone have this release:

I'm guessing that's what it is, maybe the catalog number was mispressed or something... it definitely LOOKS like a 9 though, not 4.

I meant track b2. so yeah b2 is Fire & Ice - Fallen Angel. And B1 is out of darkness

Now I'm REALLY curious what it is! Maybe some other Virtua Trancer track....??

i dont know, it kind of sounds like an old fire and ice remix. maybe its blue nations - its alright (fire and ice remix) i ionly remember how the original sounds and dont have that cd i used to have it on.
