If all Israelis moved to...

If all Israelis moved into one giant arcology that took up three square kilometers somewhere on the coast of "Palestine" and unconditionally surrendered all other land to the Palestinians, would the terrorists still attack them?

No, they wouldn't - that arcology is launched to space after a few years, as I recall it, so the Palestinians would need to recruit terrorists in Mars if they wanted to attack the Israelis

ok lets assume the arcology's launching mechanism was blown up by a suicide bomber who didn't hear about the Israeli withdrawal in time to stop his mission
