Part one is immense had it on all yesterday actually really helped with coursework, not too distracting, but still listenable.

Trick & Kubic/Valeska - Easy

De Hey, Michel - Jetchi

Rocco - Roots 4 Acid

Top tunes, love em.

oh what a deep thought out review.

The reasoning of the hate is so detailed it makes me really not want to buy it.

I don't think I'll be taking the word of someone whose SN is "sandstorm03".

Posted by Lunar Phase 7 on Jan-30-2007 16:07:

Ha ha, yeah good point RJT.

Well I got it on now, 3 tunes in. I am liking it, more atmospheric and melodic than the first. Love it.

So true!

Okay Sandstorm track 9 and so far I loving it. Chilled, melodic groovyness perfect for working.

May I ask what about it you don't like?

Posted by spc on Jan-30-2007 17:13:

Thumbs up

I like it.

Go and spend your 20 dollars on it. You have the spc stamp of approval

If its sweeping and melodic - I'll probably love it.... he did a lot of that when I heard him last (India - Nov 06), and it was mind numbingly brilliant... in fact the best DJ set I've ever heard.

So what exactly do you not like about it then?

Posted by UWM on Jan-30-2007 17:34:

Lee hates everything. Don't listen to him.

Posted by Clovis on Jan-30-2007 17:36:

Its even better than Transitions 1 imo, excellent mix, and nice to have a proper intro this time!

Posted by bas on Jan-30-2007 17:38:

Transitions 2 does an even better job than Transitions. A proper intro track, nice spacey melodies...the last half of the cd is banging. Definite hands in the air type tracks

Posted by Porky on Jan-30-2007 21:38:

transitions1 was uneven and very average

thx for the heads up lee, will still try to listen at least once

Posted by medinaM5 on Jan-30-2007 22:05:

Dunno

i can dig it

Excellent album, but not to be listened to as bits and peices (don't think any album is). Listened as a whole its really a journey from point a to point b.

I love albums that create environments/journeys such as the second CD of Paolo Mojo's Balance, JVM's third cd of Balance, and of course Sasha's Involver.

well crafted cd imo. better than transitions 1 by far.

Because lord knows that you can't sign up with a name based off of something you like and then grow out of liking it over time. When I started posting I was a filthy Tiesto whore, and now look at me. Sorry Rob, that's just lame. Unless I'm totally missing a joke.

I've still yet to give this a listen. The first wasn't all that interesting; I tend to find his radio Transitions more interesting than anything else of his right now.

Posted by stren on Jan-31-2007 00:11:

i've heard a totally opposite opinion. I've yet to check it out

Posted by sandstorm03 on Jan-31-2007 00:50:

I didn't like anything after like 34 minutes
