The group is performing at the Bio Diesel Conference & will need tables & a mixer by early Monday morning for sound check & will need it until the close of the conference late Tuesday evening. If you're not interested in going to the conference, they're willing to pay cash.

If they negotiated the gig agreement correctly, the venue or promotere, if applicable, should have to deal with this.

Jonas.......

All the groups performing at the conference are rock bands and this group just happens to use a DJ to do some scratching for certain songs. I suppose the venue didn't want to supply the equipment since just one group would be using it.
