Carl Cox fans!!!

Ok, I love Carl Cox (MI NEGRO!! lol)!!! That man can throw it down like no one's business!!

I know he is going to be at Ultra (anyone who saw his set last year at Ultra KNOWS it kicked ass!!), but is he spinning anywhere else? He usually spins at Crobar after Ultra but since there is no Crobar, what's the deal?

cox at ultra last year was easily the best set of WMC. i still listen to it all the time and it makes me go nuts. no crobar for him this year as the FMIF party is there saturday night. i was hoping for him to play twilo, but then armin got added to that. so maybe hopefully nocturnal that night? i don't know if they have anything going on there yet. i hope he plays somewhere tho, i'de really like to see that guy at a club, as i've only seen him at ultra

Carl Cox never disappoints, and is hands down one of the best DJs out there. Do not miss him and Wink @ Ultra. In 2005 their Ultra sets were I skipped it last year, but heard very good things and loved his party @ Crobar.

I would be amazed if he were to only play @ Ultra. Just wait and see, as Cameo (formerly Crobar), Mansion, and many others have yet to post their full lineups.

I really can't believe he wouldn't play somewhere besides Ultra. It's a shame his traditional post-ultra show at Crobar/Cameo couldn't happen again. Apparently FMIF gets top billing over him? (that makes no sense)

Hope he's just waiting to release some big party info until later.

theres more money in FMIF than cox at crobar party..

i'd assume he'll play at least 1 more gig besides Ultra.

but i agree that FMIF would probably be more lucrative at the bar than Cox's party. i've not seen any gigs announced for wednesday/thursday/friday/sunday at Crobar/Cameo so its still possible it will be there.

You are early on the tickets. But I guess that's okay as long as you know you are going to PVD no mater what. Unfortunately such is WMC, so many good parties overlapping each other. But what a nice problem to have.

that's the only party i got my tix this early for. i know i'm DEFINITLY going to that so i went nuts and bought it already. yea with so many parties overlapping each other it gets out of hand. that's why i'm hoping my clone is ready in time for WMC. they say he should be who knows tho, we'll see

The only thing I know of is that Cox was hooked up with and always played @ Crobar, not Space. Yet funny enough I saw him over @ Space hanging out on the terrace afterhours on at least 2 occasions.

And now that Crobar and Space have joined forces with LP/Space buying Crobar Miami, who knows what will happen in the future. Although for WMC this year I seriously doubt he will play Space or it would already have been leaked.
