Some questions about booking
What about plane tickets? Are they bought by the artist agency and later included in the bill?
promoters often pay for flight, hotel, visa and all fees set by the agency
but what about CURFEW? What exactly is meant with it? (There is such gap in booking form...)
Tijs has to get his beauty sleep. Can't have him up partying all night.
so it is the time when the event ends?
It's the time when the DJ has to go to sleep and the promoters tuck him in.
But who pays the plane tickets from place 1 to 2 when there is a set in place 1 on friday and a set in place 2 on saturday?

Again more wise advice from Tony. But if you're inquiring about yourself, sharing the cost of transporation is a great way for promoters to get you around at a limited price. Much of the cost of bringing in out-of-area talent is the transportation costs. These costs are almost always included in your fee and done in advance. Don't let a promoter con you into paying your own way to the gig. Because more often than not, the promoter will try to save some loot and stick you with the cost. If you're not asking for a transportation fee, then ask for an forward deposit. This ensures that you're not only get to paid (at least something) but gets you there as well without paying out of pocket.
