why do you go to the cd? open itunes and rip the cd from there...
does the cd play on itunes?
Open soundforge with cd in. File / Extract audio from cd.
WMP will do that for you too.
EAC ftw
well if it's so fucking lame copyright protection that it won't let you even play the CD in your computer, just get a "desk" CD player, connect it to your line-in and record from there...
there's always a way out...
and btw...it's the only way to get past any protection...

| Originally posted by Mr.Mystery I've never had any kinds of problems ripping any CD's to disk, even when they have that kind of copy protection. Just hold down shift when closing the CD drive and the autorun won't start. Whee, you've now cracked the copy protection. |

| Originally posted by DigiNut In some cases they actually insert a data track before the audio tracks, so Windows loads up the filesystem and isn't aware of the audio tracks at all, and you have to load up their crappy rootkit software to listen. It's not an autorun issue, it's just that when Windows finds a data track then it ignores everything else. I doubt that's the case here, sounds more like nubness, but there are still ways around it, such as a permanent marker or a piece of tape. |
My guess is that you don't buy many Sony/BMG CDs.
lolol I think as said before ITUNES or EAC will do the job
bought a cd?
what do these words mean?
