OMFG, did that ever got released? It was made by someone in the Music Promotion forum a couple of years ago.

No, it was never released, or even sent to labels. Since it was posted online and spread fairly quickly, I think that would have disqualified it from a potential release anyway. Doesn't bother me though, I don't do this to get paid.
