I'm sick of cduniverse.com's lack of electronic music.

They do have a fair bit but the more obscure artists cant be found on there.

Is there a better site for ordering electronic music? (on CD)

you won't find any. You'll have to just buy whichever styles u want from the applicable stores

CD universe seems to be the biggest one I can find anyway.

I'd buy on amazon but their site isn't exactly easy to use and I hate the site layout.
