Online pokeRaddict

I think I'm officially addicted.

Luckily, only with play money.

Anyone else have the disease?

nope.

but this weekend i realized that i'm addicted to Frank's Hot Sauce.

Love poker. The casino has a 55$ tournie on Sundays, gonna play this weekend or when I get back.

As for online, I'm hooked too haha, play everyday. Only fake money though.

use to play thescore poker all the time.

somehow kicked off that habit though

haven't played hold'em in a while now actually

Ya I've started playing play money recently as well.

But I don see myself addicted to the game at all. I've seen worse.

I Play on partypoker. By far my favourite one. I'll check out pokerstars though.

My dad. Badly. He plays pretty much everyday when he comes home from work till the time he goes to sleep. He only pauses for dinner, important sporting events on TV, and important house chores.

My mom will fight with him over it from time to time, but it's decreasing as I think she's just plain given up.

What I hate about play money is the fact that most players go allin with no hand just for the fun of it.

You can't really blame them though, since everyone's there to spend their time.

However it's a good practise. Most play money tables become intresting after five handed.

try with real money.....even if its 1cent/2cent blinds and watch how much more addicted you will get. i played a 4000 person tourney once and it lasted 8 hours.....28th place though ahahaha

I play The Score Poker once in a while but I prefer playing a real game of poker, with friends.

I always seem to get addicted to the MSN games around exam time. Hexic and Bejewelled are my fave.

I've been pretty good lately..only have played a couple hundred dollars worth. But i'd say i'm up a couple grand overall after these past couple years.

We also go to Rama/Fallsview quite often (well we use to go about once a week).

I think i've overcome this addiction though...now for some reason I love betting on horses..

i play on junglepoker. its smaller. im up about $300 since november. good site. sign up bonus code: UP 200% bonus.. although theres some stupid rules with it.

I think all poker sites w/ a first deposit bonus requires you to play a certain minimum of rake hands before you receive the bonus...

Most places don't give out free money until you put like more than triple back in...

I thought about starting, but then I saw that anti-gambling addiction commercial on TV. Now I'm just plain scared.

i know but jungle is weird... its like you must earn 200 points before 20 bux can be released by a certain time or something... then the next 20 is released. etc

Yeah, some sites are weird and have progressive bonuses and stuff like that. They try and con ppl into depositing cause they think they'll get the bonus right away, and realize they didn't read the fine print, and will probably end up losing all of their cash before they get the bonus.

Friend of mine has now made quite an extensive living off of online poker. Apparently rated one of the top 10 in the world.

He now almost calls it work though as he works nearly a full 8hr day playing.

I've seen days where he's been down $25,000 at some points and back up to winning 50G's by the end. He's incredible, but he does play 15 games at once.
