Is there a Shadow Lounge Reunion going on 2/24/07???

Well today on CJ I see a thread with pics of a nightclub (Y Ultralounge) that I have not been to, so I open it to take a look. What do I find, a flyer that lists upcoming events including a Shadow Lounge Reunion on 2/24/07??? Here is the link.

Since this will not be the first time one was advertised (and last time it was cancelled) can someone please let us know if this is really on??
