When I was doing research in Oklahoma two summers ago I lived above a bunch of guys in a band that would have practice Wednesday and Thursday nights at 11pm. NOT cool.

lmao partys done. cops came and shut it down.

As you age, things piss you off easier. I did similar last night. Did that to my neighbors and now they are400 dollars in fines higher and one step closer to eviction.

I am the same way as Orb. I work for a living and I value my sleep. No group of freshmen living above me has the right to throw parties on tuesdays at 10pm. their mommies and daddies should save their money and pull them out of school.

i used to party that hard and the day of the week never bothered me. they are all probably pissed and it ruined their night.

how did you measure the energy? I drank beer as I typed which means I actually gained energy from it. However, shrugging and drinking didnt happen which means just the possibility of it wasted more energy than typing because thought burns calories, yet the action of typing gave me energy via beer.

Dont take this the wrong way but, your an asshole. You didnt have to work the next day, and you still called the cops.

For one, you decided to be a punk and chose the passive agressive way of dealing with things and called a 3rd party to deal with it. When you could have gone over and talked to them and asked them to tone it down (which isn't unreasonable).

I'm in college, and whenever I(or my friends) throw a party, we're always considerate of our neighbors. If they ever have a problem, they call us or come over and let us know (the civil way), instead of being an ass and calling the cops.

Yea call me a dumbass college kid who doesn't know what the real world, or having a real job is like. But I'll be graduating in may and will have a real job in this real world, so that line won't cut it anymore.

I apologize for talkin down to you but I can't stand people who do things just because they can. And yes I see the other side to this coin, the kids partying because they can, disrupting your life (and others probably). But really, are they causing that much trouble for you? Take some nyquil and get some rest. The kids wont be young for that long. And eventually, they'll see what it's like to be in your shoes.

Ok end of rant.
